Today I am thankful for strength I didn't know still existed. I had my first training/therapy session yesterday, and Barry worked on my balance and strengthening exercises. I really thought after at least 50 squats and the same number of lunges I would be VEEERRRYY sore this morning. However, I woke up fresh as a daisy and without even one sore muscle. So today I am thankful that some of my muscles are still there...they are just hibernating. Have a great evening!
